These terms apply when you book a therapeutic massage through Creekwell Massage. Appointments are booked in advance in selected areas of Dubai.
What we offer
We provide professional massage for relaxation and muscle recovery, including deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, aromatherapy, sport, Thai and reflexology. They are not medical or diagnostic services.
Booking
Book by calling the number on this website. Treatment, duration, time and fee are agreed on the call. Clients must be 18 or older.
Conduct
Therapists work within a therapeutic scope. Either party may stop a session immediately if they feel unsafe.
Payment and cancellation
The fee is the amount confirmed on the call. Cancel or reschedule by phone as early as you can. Late cancellations may be refused a same-day replacement slot.
Liability
Tell us about injuries, allergies, pregnancy or medical advice before we start. Massage is not a substitute for clinical care. We are not liable for outcomes that follow from information you withheld.
